Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the order provided we receive the item/s within 14 days of delivery, in unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging and the purchase receipt.
Please be aware for hygiene reasons some items are non-returnable.
Original P&P is non-refundable. Full refunds, including delivery charges, will be given if any item purchased is proven faulty or has been sent as a result of our error.
Please note: You are held responsible for posting the goods back to us for a refund/exchange at your expense; we do not currently offer FREE returns. We also recommend that you should obtain compensation insurance if the contents exceed £20 in value.
Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact customerservice@bgpboutique.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
